Your kit signup details

When you choose to subscribe, MidSize AI collects your first name, email address, signup source, and a record of your email permission. We use these to deliver the kit and send practical follow-up tips and information about our services.

Our configured email and customer-management providers process these details to run the subscription. Do not submit homeowner information through this form.

You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails or contact mark@midsizeai.com to stop emails or request deletion of your kit signup record. You can read the kit without subscribing.

These details apply to the kit signup, not every service offered by MidSize AI.
